People seek treatment for compulsive sexual behavior for many different reasons: the time it occupies, its effect on relationships, work, or values, or simply wanting greater control over behavior that no longer fits the life they want. None of those reasons require a label.
Insomnia & Sleep Difficulties
Sleep problems are rarely just about sleep. Treatment follows CBT-I, the approach major medical bodies recommend before or alongside medication, and it begins by understanding why the problem persists rather than trying harder to sleep.
ESA Evaluations
An ESA letter supports a housing accommodation request, and because it carries clinical and legal weight it requires an actual evaluation rather than a form and a fee. I conduct these for people in the states where I’m licensed, and I say directly what I find.
Where I’m licensed
Psychotherapy requires that I be licensed in the state where you live. I am licensed in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Utah. All sessions are held by secure video, with appointments available on nights and weekends.
